What size should I buy?
The size and fit of a garment often vary amongst products. To help you choose the most suitable size, you can refer to the ‘Size and Fit’ tab and the product measurements on every product page.
Can I pay by Apple Pay?
Yes, although in the UAE at the point of checkout, you will be required to mention in your Apple Wallet, the Emirate your live in - in the City and Street section. And your address in the first section.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You don’t need an account to complete a purchase. However, if you register with us, you can enjoy benefits through your Hubara Design account.
How do I buy a product?
From the product page, choose the colour and size you need. Then add the item to your shopping bag. Once you have everything you want in your shopping bag, proceed to the checkout. There are a few simple steps to purchasing: 1. Log in, if already registered, or create a new account. Otherwise, continue with your purchase as a guest. 2. Checkout. Insert personal data and delivery address, accept the Terms of Sale, select gift and shipping options, and verify your order details. 3. Payment. Select the payment method and submit your order.
How will I know if Hubara has received my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail to inform you that your order has been received. Then you will get an e-mail with the order invoice. Once your order is shipped from the warehouse, you will receive a third e-mail stating your order has been shipped.
Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or request a different size for an item you have already purchased. Please note we’re unable to add an item to an existing order. If you need to make any amendments to your order, please email our Hubara Customer Care Team at HUBARA WhatsApp: +971 54 367 7797 (11am – 8pm Monday to Saturday), as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.
What do I do if I think an item I purchased from your site is faulty?
Simply email info@hubarad.com, or contact Hubara Design Client Relations at HUBARA WhatsApp: +971 54 367 7797 (11am – 8pm Monday to Saturday), and we’ll look into this for you. When you contact us, please provide your order number and photographs of your item. Please be aware that items that have been damaged because of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Our delivery time starts when an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note this may take longer during Sale periods. We offer next-day delivery on all orders across Dubai when placed before 12:00 pm/noon. And 2 to 3 days across the UAE Emirates. For orders in the GCC, you will receive your purchases within 4 working days after your order has been accepted. For International deliveries beyond the GCC may vary based upon country. Orders placed outside of working hours (9 am-8 pm), after the cut-off time, and/or during any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the Order's submission.
Is gift wrapping available?
We offer special gift wrapping. During the checkout process, simply click "gift wrapping". Our dedicated team will be notified and ensure a beautifully wrapped box for your special occasion.
What can I expect with Eco Packaging?
Opting for our Eco Packaging option means contributing to sustainable practices. Here's what you can expect: Your purchase will be wrapped in tissue paper, and thoughtfully packed in a brown eco-friendly shipping box, minimizing environmental impact. I have placed an order, and the amount was deducted, but I did not receive an order confirmation?
We are sorry to hear that. Please wait for 10 minutes as there might be a slight delay in receiving the order confirmation due to our system processing the transaction. If you still haven't received your confirmation with your invoice, please contact our Customer Care Team at HUBARA WhatsApp: +971 54 367 7797 (11am – 8pm Monday to Saturday). To help investigate the matter, kindly provide us with the email address and phone number used while placing the order.
Does Hubara have a physical store?
Not yet, but we hope to have one very soon in Dubai.
