Cancelling Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day after the day on which you (or someone you nominate, other than a carrier) receive the last of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by sending an email to: info@hubaradesign.com or contact us via HUBARA WhatsApp at +971 54 367 7797.

Once you have exercised your right to cancel, you must send the products back to Hubara Design within 14 days of the date you received the goods.


The Process to Return Your Hubara Item:

  1. Contact Hubara Design Client Relations at HUBARA WhatsApp: +971 54 367 7797 (11am – 8pm Monday to Saturday).
  2. Fill out all required information on the “Goods to Return” form enclosed with your order.
  3. Pack your items to return along with the “Goods to Return” form in the parcel.
  4. Keep proof of the return shipment and a return confirmation notification.
  5. Upon collection and receipt of your returned item, it will be submitted to Quality Control. The return amount may take up to 14 days to reach your account.


When Returning Goods

  • We will collect your returned goods within two working days.
  • Once we receive your item(s), they will go through our Quality Control process, which takes up to 24 hours.
  • Once Quality Control is approved, we will refund the amount to your chosen refund method.
  • Refunds to credit/debit cards may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.
  • Please return all goods in their original packaging.
  • We will send unapproved items back to you.


Our Policy

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and HUBARA DESIGN tags attached. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way. Alternatively, we may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.

For example, we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:

  • The product(s) have been used, worn, damaged, or washed.
  • The HUBARA DESIGN tags are not attached to the product(s) or have not been returned. Please note that the HUBARA DESIGN tags constitute an integral part of each product.

You will be informed if we propose to reduce your refund for this reason. In this instance, you may (as an alternative to receiving a reduced refund) choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.


Late Returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of HUBARA DESIGN and may only be refunded as store credit.


Colours

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products on the HUBARA DESIGN website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.
